Jessica has deep roots in culture, performance, DEI, and change readiness—and her work always centers the humans behind the business outcomes.

Christina’s superpower is turning chaos into clarity. Whether she’s rolling out a new tech stack, standing up an outbound sales engine, or coaching teams through change, she knows how to cut through the noise and make it stick. She's also Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt certified and has a knack for building structure that scales—without overcomplicating it.
